When, what and how do I feed my 2 Christmas palms? I live in Tampa and they were planted 2.5 years ago and they do not seem to be growing, frowns are browning.

Christmas Palm grow well on a wide variety of well-drained soils, including limestone soils, so I'm not sure why your palms are failing to thrive. They are susceptible to frost damage so if your winter included some freezing temperatures that may explain the browning fronds. If there were no freezes and the browning fronds are the lowest and oldest, that's natural - palm fronds die and new ones emerge from the crown or top of the trunk. If you've never fed your palms, now's the time to do it. Use a fertilizer formulated for palms and apply in amounts as listed on the label. Hope this helps!
