Blue MoonHydrangea can I plant in shade? - Knowledgebase Question

I want to know if I can plant my Blue Moon Hydrangea macrophyllas near a 6 ft south wall with dappeled shade or should I plant them on the front north lawn in full sun. Thank you so much.

Hydrangeas need morning sun and afternoon shade for best growth and bloom. If they get afternoon sun they tend to wilt. Plant yours in dappled shade and it should do just fine. Enjoy!
