|Your hydrangea can go outside after all threat of frost is gone. You can plant it out in your garden - give it morning sun but shade from the hot afternoon sunshine. Yucca plants need to be dug up, roots and all. There are no chemicals you can use to kill them off. Sorry for the bad news!
