What are some varieties of fig tree/shrub which will thrive in the Ozark foothills of southeast Missouri?

Here are some varieties developed and suited for growing in the your region: Hardy Chicago, Tennesee Mountain (also known as Celeste); and Black Jack; others that are widely adapted are Mission and Flanders.
