Scaevola is an evergreen ground cover or rock garden plant from Australia. It forms mats 4"-6" inches tall, 3'-5' feet across. Plants are usually started from root division, not from seed. When your plant reaches a reasonable size, you can divide it, taking roots and some stem in each division. Do this in the spring and space your new plants about 3' feet apart.
