Is this the right time to plant an improved Meyer Lemon Tree? How tall is a healthy 5 gallon tree & how fast will it grow?

Now is a great time to plant citrus trees. A 5-gallon Meyer Lemon tree should be about 5-6' tall. Once established it will grow about 8-10 inches a year.
