I came across a beautiful Potato Vine called Solanum crispum 'Glasnevin' - could you give me more information on this beautiful vine. Is it an evergreen?

Solanum crispum is an evergreen vine that climbs to 12 feet, with 5" inch long leaves that are wavy on the edges. 'Glasnevin' produces fragrant 4" - 5" inch clusters of star-shaped blue flowers with yelow centers. The plant is hardy, but may lose its leaves in a hard frost. New leaves will sprout the following spring. Plant likes full sun to partial shade, little water and average garden soil.
