I would like to know approximately how tall cucumber (Burpee Pickler), and eggplant (Millionare Hybrid) plants will get. The seeds will be sown where they will be in direct sunlight during the afternoons.

Cucumber varieties, such as Burpee Pickler, are vining plants which reach less than a foot high, but spread 4 to 6 feet in all directions. They can be kept a bit more compact by turning the vines around the edges to grow back across the plant. This technique can also be used to train them down a planting bed or row. If you want a more compact plant, try a bush type such as Burpee's Picklebush.

Eggplants generally reach about 3-4 feet high in the south.
