|I suspect your new clematis is just going through a little transplant shock as it adjusts to growing in your garden. Clematis likes its head in the sun and the roots nice and cool so if you haven't already, set something in front of the pots to help keep the roots cool. A landscape rock, nice pot of flowers or something of that nature. Continue to water as usual and your clematis should recover soon. Best wishes with your plants.
