Satsuma, as with other citrus, are evergreen and as such eventually lose their older leaves, especially at this time of year. The leaves will drop, new leaves will grow and the stems will elongate. It's all part of the process of growing. If the yellowing leaves are unattractive you can clip or pull them off.
