Wait until your shrubs leafs out this spring and then prune off any dead branches, pruning to an attractive shape. You can feed with a 10-10-10 or 20-20-20 fertilizer in amounts as recommended on the fertilizer package. Plants are generally able to recover from insect attacks. You can help it along by watering deeply once each week during the growing season. Good luck with your shrub!
