Our house faces north; we need shrubs for foundation planting that need little sun. Suggestions? There are already a couple of well-established rhododendrons on one side of front.

In low light your options are limited when it comes to flowering shrubs but I think you will be successful with azaleas, gardenias, Virginia sweetspire and camellias. If the light levels are fairly good you might also get Chinese witchazel (Loropetalum) or spirea to bloom for you. Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
