There's no problem in using the same garden for your veggies, just try to rotate the crops so they are not planted in exactly the same spots as they were last year. To prep the soil, all you will need is a shovel and a rake - and some compost or aged manure. Spread 4-5 inches of the organic matter over the top of the soil and dig it in to a depth of 8-10 inches. If the area is too large to hand dig, you can rent a rototiller to incorporate the organic matter. Rake the area level and plant. Enjoy!
