|A friend gave me several rose plants with different colors last fall. I planted them in my yard and they are all still alive (YEA) However, this past month several are getting yellow leaves on them. What should I do? Thanks!

|Yellowing leaves are more likely due to overwatering than anything else. Roses should be watered deeply only once or twice a week in the summer time. Water deeply and then allow the top of the soil to dry out slightly before watering again. If you haven't fed your roses lately, you might feed them now to help them green up and develop healthy new growth. Best wishes with your roses!
