I have planted bulbs that will come up next summer.Can I plant annuals over these for color this summer? Thank You

Absolutely! Lots of gardeners do and the annuals cover the bare soil but have small root systems so they don't interfere or compete with the bulbs. Enjoy your colorful garden~
