| For the past 2 years, my tulips come up but don't flower at all. I just get the leaves. Should I dig them up and plant new bulbs? Is there a way to coax them to flower? |
| Tulips really should be replaced every few years. They usually bloom beautifully the first year in the ground, and not as well the second year. By the third year in the ground, they rarely bloom at all. I would dig them up this fall and replace them with new bulbs. It's just the nature of the beast and there's nothing you can do to make them bloom again. Best wishes with your garden! |
