Can I root an oleander?

Greenwood or semi-ripe cuttings can be taken from oleander from late spring to early autumn. I just root them in moistened potting soil but you can hurry the development of roots if you dip the cut end in rooting hormone prior to planting in moistened potting soil. Good luck with your project!
