Dwarf flowering trees - Knowledgebase Question

I love the kwanzan Flowering cherry tree and the snow fountain cherry tree ( dwarfs) not sure if I can plant them in SE MICHIGAN and if I can is now a good time? Suggestions/Names of other 3-4 ft flowering tress for front rock garden please

Both dwarf cherry trees grow well in SE Michigan and now is the best time to plant them. Put your new cherry trees in full sunshine and water deeply once each week to help the root systems establish themselves. Enjoy!
