If your tree did not leaf out this year try scraping the bark off a few of the branches with your fingernail. If you find green tissue beneath the bark, that branch is still alive. If the tissue is brown, it is dead. Winter weather and overly saturated soils can kill peach trees so that may be what has happened to yours. It is good to have two varieties of peach trees for good crop yield so you may have to replace the one tree. Good luck with your garden.
