I live near Yelm Wa (zone 8) and my Mock Orange hasn't bloomed for a couple of years. What do I need to do to make it bloom? It is in full sun with acid soil.

A non-blooming mock orange could be from too little sunlight or too much lawn fertilizer. Since yours is in full sun, I wonder if it is getting too much nitrogen fertilizer from a nearby lawn? If not, then it might be time to prune it back a bit, just to shock it a little. With any luck the new growth will develop flower buds. You might also try a side dressing of bloom booster fertilizer such as a 0-20-20 or something similar. Hope this works for you!
