Good morning I live in Puerto Rico and have purchased various bulb during the last couple of years. Upon planting and per instructions they fail to flower or tend to rot, Whay is that I'am doing wrong? |
Summer blooming bulbs should work in your gardening region but spring flowering bulbs will need a cold treatment in order to grow and flower for you. Next time you purchase spring flowering bulbs, put them in the refrigerator for 12-14 weeks and then plant them in your garden. They should grow and bloom for you in the spring. Good luck with your bulbs. |
