| when I put my soaker hose in place should I place it between the soil and mulch or on top of the mulch ? Thanks |
| You can set your soaker hose on top of the soil and then place mulch over the top. This way the hose will be out of sight but will still provide water to your plants. Best wishes with your garden! |
