I have tons of it and chop it cut it and pull it up but it keeps coming back what can kill it for good without hurting my other plants, flowers etc..

Digging out the roots is the best way to eliminate honeysuckle. There is no chemical spray you can use to kill honeysuckle that won't also harm your other plants. You can cut each stem and hand paint glyphosate (Round Up) on each cut end. This product will move down to the roots and kill the root, too. Be careful not to get it on your other plants or they can die, too. Good luck with your eradication project.
