I have several blue prince and blue princess holly which seemed to have been damaged by this last winter (I live in Connecticut). The branches have less leaves and the leaf color is not as shiny green as years past. What can I do to revive them?

I would prune the shrubs back with a hedge trimmer, both to remove the winter damage and to encourage healthy need growth. You can feed your hollies now with an acidified fertilizer (Hollytone or Miracid). I think you'll see lots of healthy new growth after you've pruned your shrubs back and fed them. Enjoy your garden.
