My pineapple guava is done blooming and the flowers are starting to die down. Should the pineapple guava's flowers be deadheaded or does the plant fruit? I don't know anything about this plant, it came w/ the house I bought late last year.

Pineapple guavas are self fertile and if your plant is mature enough it will produce fruit. I'd leave the flowers alone. You may see some fruit beginning to develop within the next few weeks. What a surprise!
