| Guzmania lingulata is the houseplant called Orange Star. It does best in bright indirect sunlight, near an east or west window and it appreciates high humidity. If you repot, use a rich potting soil or one made for African Violets. Keep the soil evenly moist at all times and feed every 3-4 weeks with a half strength dilution of water soluable fertilizer (such as Miracle Gro). Enjoy your new plant! |
