Last year I purchased a Hibiscus 'Anna Arundel'. I would appreciate all info on how to properly care for it. Please include how and when to mulch, how and when to prune, how and when to fertilize, and as I am a "gardening dummy" please be very specific with instructions.

Your Hibiscus will grow to about 5 feet tall and have large pink flowers. The plants like full sun to partial shade, and soils high in organic matter.Water regularly throughout the summer. Hibiscus will tolerate moist soils, so if there's a wet area in the garden, consider planting several hibiscus there. Pruning is only rarely needed, but the shrubs adapt well to shearing if you want to keep it formal looking. You can fertilize your hibiscus in the spring with a balanced fertilizer (like 8-12-4), or apply a 3-4 inch deep layer of organic material such as compost or leaf mold.
