The leaves of glads shouldn't turn yellow until the end of the season, after the plants have flowered. If you find insects on the leaves, they may be aphids or thrips, both of which can cause yellowing of leaves. Try hosing them off with a strong stream of water. Repeat the treatment every day or two until you can no longer find insects on the leaves. If the glad corms were properly planted (set about four times as deep as their height), placed in soil amended with organic matter, and you water regularly, the glads should be healthy and happy.
