I think the change in sunshine exposure probably stressed your honeysuckle. Indoor light is not as intense as outdoor light so when moving plants from indoors to out you need to acclimate them by setting them first in a shady spot, then moving them to a spot with morning sun and a few days later moving them into a fully sunny spot. The whole process will take only about a week and you'll avoid the wilting and burning of foliage that your honeysuckle endured. Take it back outdoors and set it in a bright but shady place. It should grow new foliage for you. When new leaves appear, move it into sunnier and sunnier places until it is in full sunshine all day. Good luck with your plant.
