According to your zip code, you are gardening in USDA zone 4. Some perennials to consider include Achillea 'Pretty Belinda' (Yarrow), Aconitum napellus (Monkshood), Actaea simplex 'Black Negligee' (Bugbane), Agastache 'Blue Fortune' (Hyssop), Aquilegia vulgaris 'Clementine Red' (Columbine), Armeria maritima 'Rubrifolia' (Sea Pink), Bergenia 'Solar Flare' (Pig-squeak), Campanula persicifolia 'La Belle' (Bellflower), Delphinium elatum 'Blue Lace' (Larkspur), Hemerocallis 'Agnes of Glasgow' (Daylily). There are lots more, but the above are at least a good start. Enjoy your garden!
