I use birdnetting and it works well as long as the grape clusters are inside the netting by a few inches. You can drape it over your grapevines or you can build a frame and drape the birdnetting over the frame. Either way it will keep those birds away from the grape clusters. Bird netting should be widely available in garden centers. It is normally sold to drape over fruit trees. Best wishes with your grapes!
