You can get a 6 or 8" pot, add some moistened potting soil, and transplant your bulb. Just set the plant on its side and gently pull it out of the old pot, trying not to disturb the rootmass any more than necessary. Set it in the new pot, making sure it will be growing at the same soil level as it was growing in the old pot. After moving it, place the pot in a shaded area for a few days to protect it from hot afternoon sun, and then place it in its normal growing place. Glad you find the site helpful! |
