Freezing the corms is not a good alternative for planting them. If you don't have room in your garden to plant them, then use containers and get them into the soil as soon as possible. They need to grow foliage this summer to replenish their stored energy. Just plant them in containers now and this fall when the foliage dies down you can lift the corms and store them in a cool, dark place. This way they will survive and you can plant them in the ground next spring. Good luck with your glads.
