Try washing the furniture with a car wash soap, taking care to rinse well after washing. About twice a year, you should apply an automotive wax to the wrought iron to help protect and preserve it. Washing and waxing can even be combined into a single step if you select an all-in-one product that contains both cleaning and waxing agents. Before waxing, though, inspect your wrought iron furniture for nicks, scratches or abrasions in the finish.Use a can of matching spray paint to touch up these spots, then proceed with the protective wax application. Hope this gets rid of the spots so you don't have to repaint the wrought iron!
