Roses are susceptible to many diseases, including powdery mildew. Neem oil may also be helpful. Neem controls aphids and mites on your roses, and also will control powdery mildew and black spot. Be sure to read and follow the label instructions. Ortho's Rose Defense is once such product but there are other commercial fungicides available as well. Best wishes with your roses.
