For two years now my cherry tree has been blooming, why are my cherries so tiny? When I bought the plant it stated large juicy cherries but that's not what I am seeing.

Most sweet cherries, even those sold as self fertile, will set better fruit if a second cherry tree is in the garden. I'd plant a second, different cultivar of sweet cherry for a heavier fruit set. Best wishes with your trees.
