I have removed all my bushes around my house and there is nothing but weeds now. Whenever I pull them up they grown right back. If I pull them and put mulch right down, will this help keep the weeds away?

If the bed is bare of plants you can pull the weeds and then lay a weed barrier landscape fabric over the entire bed to keep weeds from sprouting. Cut holes or X's in the barrier fabric to plant perennials or shrubs. Once you've finished planting you can cover over the fabric with decorative bark chips or compost to help disguise it. Your bed should be weed free for years to come. Enjoy!
