If the buds are turning brown and then falling off, over watering is probably the cause. If there is no discoloring and they are simply falling off, it's probably weather related and nothing to worry about. Tomato plants will develop flowers all summer long but if daytime temperatures are over 90F or nighttime temperatures are below 50F the pollen will become sterile and no fruit will develop. There's still a lot of summer left and your plant will develop flowers and fruit as the season progresses.

Enjoy your harvest!
