I am interested in planting daylillies in my garden. Is it too late to do this? If it is when is the best time to plant those.

Hemerocallis should be planted (or divided, for that matter) in early spring or in the fall months. If they're planted now they may not bloom this year, but the plants are tough so planting in the summer won't really hurt them. When they begin to flower, snap off the faded flowers to encourage more bloom. Daylilies like full sun to partial shade, average soil, lots of water during bloom, and fertilizer in the early spring and again in the late summer.
