Sago palms (Cycas revoluta) like full sun or bright indirect light. Cycas do not like to have their roots disturbed so repot or move only when absolutely necessary. The cooler months of fall, winter and spring are the best times to transplant sagos. These plants are extremely slow growing so even if yours do not seem to be putting out new growth, they may be happy in their present locations - they just aren't showing it.
