Good Bugs - Knowledgebase Question

I read in a children's gardening book that you can get "good bugs" (ladybugs, praying mantis', etc.) through Burpee. Is this correct? How do we go about getting some? It sounded like an interesting thing for our homeschooled children to check into.

Beneficial insects, the good guys in the garden, typically feed upon the more destructive garden pests. Lady bugs, lacewings and praying mantids top the list of good guys. They are fascinating to watch, and children will enjoy seeing them in action. One caution, though - praying mantids will bite anything that moves, including a finger!
