Veggies need decent soil, warm temperatures and ample water in order to thrive. If your plants are just sitting there, and if the weather has been warm, they must need some nutrients that they are not getting from the soil. Try feeding them with a foliar fertilizer (such as Miracle Gro) or broadcasting some 10-10-10 around each plant and watering it in well. As soon as they get the nutrients they crave, they should grow well for you. Hope you have a bountiful harvest.
