|There is nothing wrong with your rose bush - it is a spring blooming rose cultivar. Some are repeat bloomers and you'll get roses all summer long; others bloom only once a year. That's the type you have. If you want to enjoy roses all summer long, you can plant repeat blooming rose cultivars. Best wishes with your garden.
