i have a big plant thats inside but the leaves on the end tend to turn brown alot what am i doingwrong

Some houseplants are more inclined to exhibit brown leaf tips than others. Sometimes chemicals in the water can cause this, and sometimes it just means that the humidity is too low for the plant. You can try watering with distilled or bottled water to see if that improves things. And you can increase the humidity around the plant by setting it in a gravel filled tray in which you keep a half inch of water. As the water evaporates it will increase the humidity around the plant. Give these suggestions a try. Best wishes with your plant!
