If all your fruit trees are behaving in the same way, I would suspect the problem is weather related. Either they didn't flower because of cold weather or the flowers were not visited by pollinating insects. Bees don't travel well in cold weather. Some fruit trees fall into an alternate bearing habit where they will develop a nice crop one year but fail to produce a crop the next year. If this is what has happened to yours you should get a heavy crop next year. To discourage alternate bearing you'll need to thin the fruit out each year so the trees will have the energy to support their own health and growth and still ripen the fruit they are producing. Best wishes with your trees.
