Grapefruit tree - Knowledgebase Question

I bought a Red Grapefruit tree at home Depot 2 mths. ago, the plant has bearly grow so is the fruit that came with it. No flowers have grown I fertlized with the recommended citrus fertilizer. What is happening?

If you planted your tree in the ground, the most likely reason for slow growth is that it is suffering from some transplant stress. The roots are busy becoming established. As soon as they do, you will see new growth. If you did not yet plant it in the ground, it may just need to be planted. Trees in containers can become root bound, which could account for slow growth.

I would just water it regularly and wait for it to perk up. Good luck with your tree.
