WHILE APPLYING FUNGICIDE TO ROSE BUSH I NOTICED HOLES IN LEAVES WILL THE FUNGICIDE TAKE CARE OF IT OR DO I NEED SOMETHING ELSE?

Fungicides will take care of rose diseases, but not insects. Caterpillars and beetles can feed on rose leaves but they don't usually cause harm to the plant. If you absolutely have to have perfect leaves on your rose bushes you can use a product called Rose Defense that not only keeps diseases at bay but it has some residual effect and controls insects, as well.
