There aren't too many plants a rabbit won't nibble on but the following seem to be less attractive to them. I don't know if it's the leaf texture or the flavor, but they generally ignore Ajuga (Carpet Bugle), Ceratostigma plumbaginoides (Dwarf Plumbago), Hedera helix (English Ivy), Pachysandra terminalis (Japanese Spurge), Parthenocissus (Virgina Creeper), and Vinca (Periwinkle). Your mileage may vary, but you can give one or more a try.
