None of my vegetable plants are growing like they have in the past. I added organic compost this year, as well as dr earth fertilizer and even superthrive. im in sacramento ca

Compost is a great amendment, as are organic fertilizers and superthrive. I can only suggest that the weather has been odd this year or your seeds/transplants aren't quite up to par. There's nothing else you can do - just water regularly and hope for consistent weather rather than the highs and low's in terms of temperatures. Hope your plants catch up soon.
