I live in SC and was needing to know what veggies can be planted this time of year,we have a garden with good soil,harvest for spring has been good.

You can start seeding your fall vegetables in August. Rather than listing all the veggies and their best planting dates, I'll direct you to a publication from Clemson which lists optimal planting dates for the three growing regions in South Carolina:
